We understand that younger students in this age bracket have a shorter attention span. Our classes for this age are fun, fast-moving and are designed to improve the following areas:
Our Basic Program is essentially the "trial period". Generally speaking this program is designed to let the student decide if Martial Arts is something they want to commit to.
This program mainly focuses on the basics of Martial Arts and our system. Students attend no more than 2 per week. The program ends when a student earns the rank of Green Belt.
Our unique children’s program is designed to teach students far more than how to kick and punch. We are very concerned with the wellbeing, health and education of our children. For years, our sound methods of teaching have influenced thousands of kids to become achievers in life, as well as in the dojo.
From beginners with no prior experiences to advanced level MARTIAL ARTISTS, our professional staff of Nationally Certified Black Belt instructors will guide you to your personal best.
We aim to provide our teens and adults with a progressive, positive, and encouraging environment to improve their mental, physical and emotional conditioning.
Men and women of all backgrounds, ages and stages in life are enjoying the many benefits of Martial Arts training. We treat all our students with respect and will bring out the positive attributes of each individual. Martial Arts training reduces stress and allows people to set realistic and challenging goals. One step-by-step approach to learning allows students to enjoy constant progress, growth and change. Experience increased flexibility from head to toe; improved strength and muscle tone and enjoy reduced body fat and higher levels of energy and endurance.
Many students find themselves more relaxed and calmer in dealing with some of life’s challenges. Many adults have found Martial Arts training is a great way to get in the best physical shape of their lives.
Our program can add a new exciting dimension to people’s lives. It’s good for the mind, body and spirit to learn new skills, and it’s a very healthy lifestyle. It’s challenging, it’s rewarding and it’s lots of fun!
